With virtual number you get a local phone number in several countries in
the world or across the US. Calls made to this local number can be
directed to your own phone number, wherever you are. Your friends,
family, or business associates from around the world can keep in
touch with you for the price of a local phone call.

What is the monthly price?
$19.95 per month for virtual numbers from any country directed to phone
lines in South Florida (area codes 305, 561, 754, 772, 786 or 954)
$29.95 per month for virtual numbers from any country directed to any
other destination available.
These prices do not include applicable taxes.

What are the payment options?
The monthly rate is automatically billed on your credit or debit card at the beginning of each month.

Is there a setup charge?
Yes, a one time setup charge of $9.99.

Can I change the number where my virtual number is directed?
Yes, you can change your destination number online by login in your account at personal.nexogy.com. Your account number is
your virtual number. If you don't know your password, please contact our Customer Service Department. If you prefer you
could also send us an e-mail with your request to clients@nexogy.com and your virtual number will be redirected in 24
hours or less.

How many virtual numbers can I have?
There is no limit for virtual numbers, you can have as much as you require.

Is there a referral program for new customers?
Absolutely, if you refer a new customer to nexogy you will receive compensation based on the service purchased
by the new customer. For more information visit the
referral plan.

Is there a cancellation penalty?
No, just send your request via e-mail to admin@ldtelecom.com or by fax
(786) 245-2651 with at least 5 days prior to the end of the month.
However, please consider that cancelled virtual numbers can be reassigned
for new customers and if you wish to subscribe again in the future, another
setup charge will be billed.
