 3. Dial the number you wish to dial followed by the pound key (#)

00 + Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number + #
Example: 00 + 1 + 305 + 123 4567 (Miami, USA)
  NOTE: This   indicates that access numbers cannot be used from cell phones.
