Dial the access number of the country or city where you are
2.
Dial your personal account followed by the pound key (#)
3.
Dial the international number using the format:
USA: 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number + #
OUTSIDE USA: 011 + Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number + #
Examples:
To call to Caracas, Venezuela: 011-58-212 - Telephone Number - #
To call to Miami, USA: 1-305- Telephone Number - #
For additional calls don’t hang up, simply dial the * key TWICE and dial your next number when prompted by the operator.
NOTE: This indicates that access numbers cannot be used from cell phones, this indicates that the public telephones require coin or card.

ARGENTINA: Rates are based on calls originated from AMBA. Calls made from other cities will have a charge of ¢10/min. Calls made from public telephones will have a charge of ¢7/min.
